The city manages a number of utlities in the city- water, storm and sewer. We also have a solid waste utility bylaw and is another utility though that is a service and is treated ever so differently (we contract the service out) where the other utilities and their infrastructure is maintained by the city. Storm ponds, ditches, creeks, watershed, underground infrastructure and more make up our utilities.
