Cultivating Cultural Partnerships

We have created many meaningful partnerships in the city with incredible groups who bring culture and history and language and food and teachings to our city. The Skydancer Indigenous Cultural Centre has hit the ground running. Located in Rotary Park, Skydancer provides so much to our city with Indigenous culture and story.

The Spruce Grove Stony Plain Filipino Association Skydancer and the Filipino Canadian Association has also brought so much to our city, not only sharing culture and song and food with us, but partnership as they give thanks to what Canada has provided for them, while still maintaining identity. Their festivals are colourful and so much fun! We cherish their friendship.

And we share friendship with the Parkland Islamic Association as they look for a more permanent and larger location for a Mosque in Spruce Grove.
