Colouring the city with new art installations, murals and utility boxes. We saw a new installation of Indigenous work and local artist in Jubilee Park, a new mural unveiled at the Splash Park in Jubilee Park and 16 designs by 11 artists adorn utility boxes all over Spruce Grove.
